Refund policy

Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

The English version of legal agreements and policies is considered as the only current and valid version of this document. Any translated version is provided for your convenience only, to facilitate reading and understanding of the English version. Any translated versions are not legally binding and cannot replace the English versions. In the event of disagreement or conflict, the English language legal agreements and policies shall prevail.

1. Standard Refund Terms

Hostingo offers a refund for eligible products if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The "transaction date" refers to the date when a product or service is purchased or renewed.

You may cancel a service at any time; however, refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is made within the specified refund period.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • services canceled after the refund period;
  • violations of our Terms of Service;
  • any misuse or abuse of services.

Payments are accepted in PKR and USD. Refunds will be processed in the same currency used for the original transaction.

Please note that some products or services may have different refund conditions or may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Products Eligible For Refund

The following Hostingo services are eligible for refunds under our standard refund policy:

  • web hosting plans.

Domain registrations are non-refundable once purchased, as they are processed instantly and cannot be reversed.

3. Products Not Eligible For Refund

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • domain name registrations and renewals;
  • domain transfers once completed;
  • any services canceled after the refund period;
  • any services suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

Refunds are intended to help customers evaluate our services. Any misuse of the refund policy, including repeated or abusive refund requests, may result in rejection of future refund requests.

4. Payment Methods

Hostingo accepts payments through the following methods:

  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction, where possible.

5. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal of payment will be considered a violation of our payment terms.

In such cases, Hostingo reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate your account;
  • disable access to services;
  • recover any outstanding payments or fees.

If a chargeback occurs, your account may be restricted until the issue is resolved and the payment is verified.

We strongly recommend contacting our support team before initiating any chargeback to avoid service interruption.
